Boltoph (aka Richard Brewer) has been a New England musician since 1989, when he and his first two bandmates played their first gig at the age of 14. Now, over 20 years later, after having been exposed to every genre of music, and with a college education in music, Boltoph continues to write soundtrack and life-based musical pieces combining elements of rock, jazz, folk, and pop, to illustrate the palette of life; and human emotion. Boltoph plays acoustic solo gigs actively in the Boston area, and still performs with bands including the Boston-based "the Pincushions" and New Hampshire natives, "ATP". 2010 will see a new Boltoph band forming, and many new songs to be written.
